In situations where a pet has either passed away during the fundraising process or the veterinarian is not going to submit the pet's invoice to receive the funds raised, the Pet Guardian must contact Waggle within 90 days of the start of the campaign to offer refunds to their donors. Upon receiving your notification, we will promptly email your donors, giving them the choice to either apply their donations to other pets in need or receive a refund of their donation amount.
Donors will have 30 days to respond with their preference. If we don’t receive a response within this timeframe, the funds will be reallocated to provide grants for other pets in need. This ensures that donations continue to make a positive impact, even in the face of unfortunate circumstances.
