Our team verifies newly registered clinics on a weekly basis. Once a practice is verified, we will send an invitation for them to create their BILL account.
All clinics will receive this invitation once they have been entered into our payment processor. If a clinic does not complete registration and set up e-payments, a check will be issued instead. No further action is required, and you do not need to notify us of your preference.
Please note that check payments are only available for U.S.-based clinics and are subject to a processing fee.
