Our campaign shows that we raised more than was sent to us/our vet. Why wasn't the full amount raised by the campaign paid out?

We can only pay the amount shown on the invoice submitted after a campaign closes. This ensures to our generous donors that their contributions are being used exclusively for the animal's verified care. Any unused funds are redirected to help other pets in need through grants.
