To initiate the payment process, first login into your account and hit the “Close Campaign” button. You will be asked to provide a quick pet update (required) before proceeding. Upon completion, your veterinarian will receive instructions to send an invoice to our payment processor. Note: only invoices sent directly from your veterinarian are accepted.
It is very important that you communicate directly with your veterinary practice to ensure they have emailed the invoice to avoid delays in payment.
