Your veterinarian can submit invoices for multiple visits or stages of treatment. This is helpful if your pet’s care is ongoing or requires several appointments.
If treatment hasn’t taken place yet, your vet can also submit an estimate. If the estimate includes a cost range, we’ll first pay the lower end of that range. Once treatment is complete, the final invoice can be submitted, and we’ll be able to pay out the remaining balance if the total ends up being higher.
If your vet has questions about submitting invoices or estimates, they’re always welcome to reach out to our team for guidance.
