For standard Waggle campaigns, yes. The amount you've chosen to donate is solely used to provide care to the pet in question.
For featured campaigns, if the funds raised exceed the goal for the featured pet campaign, Waggle will use the surplus to help other animals in catastrophic situations and support our mission to end economic euthanasia.
In some instances, veterinarian practices choose not to set up e-payments. In such instances, the fee that we incur to process and mail a physical check is deducted from the payment amount.
