Waggle pays veterinary hospitals as fast as possible even though we strive to pay net 15 days from receipt of invoice.
It is the responsibility of the pet guardian to communicate with his/her veterinary practice throughout the campaign process and to ensure the invoice is submitted to start the payment process. We can only accept invoices after a campaign has closed and only when sent to the email address included in the invoice request email. Invoices sent before a campaign has closed or to any of our other email addresses will not be processed and can delay payments.
