To ensure that the funds you work to raise are sent to your veterinarian as quickly as possible it's VERY important to:
1) Select only your veterinary provider during the campaign setup and provide an accurate administrator email address. We suggest calling them to obtain that email rather than the generic hospital email which may be overlooked by busy staff. Failure to provide valid contact info will significantly delay the payment process.
2) Close your campaign when you are ready to do so, provide the required treatment update and follow up with your veterinarian to ensure they send the final invoice (they will receive a request for invoice from Waggle).
