Our payment processor, BILL, will send a notification email when a payment is ready to be sent. If your clinic has not yet set up e-payments, this email will include an invitation to do so before a check is issued.
For clinics that prefer not to receive e-payments, a check will be sent automatically, requiring no additional action. (Please note that the check processing fee will be deducted from the payment amount.)
