No. Waggle does not request or retain any banking information at any time.
Our payment processor, Bill.com is used by our team to pay the veterinary hospitals and can issue either a physical check (fee applied) sent by regular mail or via e-pay which is safe, secure and immediate (free!). We suggest that veterinary providers register with Waggle and select e-pay so that no fees are deducted when funds are paid directly to the pet's medical care.
All veterinary hospitals will receive an invitation to set up e-payments, however, a check will be sent to those who choose to be paid via check. If a practice would prefer a check, they can simply disregard the invitation from BILL.
